The promoter is KellyDeli Company Ltd, a company with registration number 08765553, whose registered office is at 35 Luke Street, London, EC2A 4LH (the “Promoter”);

The competition
2.1The Promoter is organising a series of daily games, as per clause 2.2 below, on the occasion of the coming Christmas season on social media for a chance of each Game participant to win a sushi sharing platter(the “Competition”).
2.2List of games
The 10 daily games part of the Competition (individually the “Game” and jointly the “Games”) are as follows:

How to enter
3.1The Competition will run from 00:00 (GMT) on 7 December 2020 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 (GMT) on 20 December 2020 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). However, each Game will be published across these 14 days and on stories only in accordance with the dates referred to in clause 2.2. Each participant to each of the Games will have 24h to guess the correct answer. i.e. for the “Spot the emoji” game, the participants will have from 00:00 (GMT) on 7 December 2020 to 23:59 on 7 December 2020 to made an entry and guess the correct answer.
3.2All competition entries must be received by the Promoter via replying to the relevant Game via direct message on Instagram or Facebook, no later than 11:59pm on the date of the relevant Game (the “Game Closing Time”). All competition entries received after the Game Closing Time are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition:
Instagram
- Log on your Instagram account and Go to @SushiDaily Instagram pag
- Watch the IG stories and reply with your guessed answer
Facebook
- Log on your Facebook account and Go to @SushiDaily Facebook page
- Watch the FB stories and reply with your guessed answer
3.4The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.5By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.6The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. By participating in the Competition, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
3.7 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By participating in the Competition, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
3.8 The Competition is subject to Instagram and Facebook’s terms of services which can be found at:

3.10 Each winner will be picked randomly from the pool of correct entries to the relevant Game made during the Promotional Period and before the corresponding Game Closing Time.
3.11 Each winner entry will be notified by a private message by Instagram or Facebook messaging
3.12 If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify them and select another winner from the pool of correct answers to the relevant Game received before the Game Closing Time.

Eligibility
4.1The competition is open to France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and UK residents only and aged 18 years or over but limited to, except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- anyone else associated with the Competition or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition
4.3The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
- incomplete.
4.4The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

The prize
5.1The prize for each winner (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Winner” and jointly as the “Winners”) is one Sushi Daily sharing platter (the “Prize”) as follows:
- Location: the Winners shall indicate three Sushi Daily kiosks of their preference; The Promoter will then select one of these that will be designated as the kiosks where the Winner can collect the Prize.
- Time: the Promoter will give the Winner a suggested time of the day when he/she can use the prize.
- Product: the Winner is entitled to choose the Prize from the XC big platter category of the Christmas campaign. In the exceptional circumstances that the chosen Sushi Daily kiosk is not able to create the chosen platter by the Winner, another platter of same value will be offered to the Winner.
5.2Upon visit by each of the Winners to the designated Sushi Daily kiosk to claim the Prize, the Winner shall identify him/herself and/or show the online confirmation email provided by the Promoter.
5.3If a given Winner does not collect the Prize on the designated date, in accordance with clause 5.1 above, such Winner misses the possibility of picking up the Prize another day.
5.4The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Winners
6.1The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Game Closing Time via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook private message where they send the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted

Claiming the prize
7.1The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 calendar days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.2The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected

9.1The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the
https://www.kellydeli.com/gb-en/privacy-policy. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

General
10.1If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition
10.2The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
