What is Bibimbap?
Bibim meaning mixed, and Bap meaning rice, has been eaten in Korea for many centuries. Different ingredients are included to balance the nutrition, taste and colour. We have created a spicy version with chicken, and a bulgogi version with plant-based protein mimicking beef.
Kimchi is one of the most important dishes in Korean cuisine. Vegetables traditionally fermented for over a year; it can be a side dish or a main. Most kimchi uses white cabbage and spicy gochujang chili sauce. It is highly nutritious, good for your gut and adds deep umami flavours to dishes. We have a chicken or plant-based version powered by The Vegetarian Butcher.
